Working at The Farm House

There had been no safeguarding issues in the previous 12 months. There had been no medicine administration errors reported in the previous 12 months. Staff were regularly trained in and followed the service's health and safety policies and procedures.

There was an open, transparent and inclusive atmosphere with the manager operating an open-door policy. Staff were confident to provide their views and there was a clear commitment to improving the service.

The service benefited from a stable and experienced staff team. The service rarely used agency staff but always tried to use workers who knew and were known to the people using the service.
