The job is mostly personal care with basic activities like crafts, games, entertainers and school visits, and some residents want more options.

We saw evidence of regular activities and entertainments in the home. Some people were happy with parties, entertainers, crafts and games on offer. Other people wanted more or different options

Staffing levels are enough but they sometimes ring around colleagues to cover when short-staffed.
