Working at The Elms

Staff reported that they were happy working at The Elms and there was a good team spirit. Staff said they worked together well as a team. Staff said they helped each other out when needed.

People and their relatives confirmed there was sufficient staff... 'I have never worried about mum being unsafe here. The staff are always nearby the residents and they never use agency staff. The staff are good at helping each other if they are ill'.

There was an activity coordinator who supported people for four days per week. Care staff organised activities... registered manager had completed training on the butterfly approach... trips to the concord museum... school children visited the home.
