Systems and processes were in place to ensure people were kept safe. Risks were monitored and managed with robust instructions... Lessons were learned when things went wrong. The registered person had arrangements in place to review and analyse incidents.

There was a clear positive culture throughout the staff team that demonstrated how their open and listening management style and robust quality assurance systems had continual development and improvement at the service. Staff were fully motivated and proud of the service.

We received overwhelming positive comments about the support manager and how they managed the service. The support manager was hands on and was knowledgeable of people's care needs.

The support manager had introduced a book of dreams. This was to record people's personal goals... the change in the persons behaviour had been remarkable in that their challenging behaviour had reduced. The activities person was exceedingly imaginative... knit and natter group.
