"Staff feel supported with good training and stable staffing, but serious governance failures and unreliable safety processes hold it back."

The provider did not have robust systems of governance and quality monitoring in place. The provider was in breach of legal regulation in relation to good governance. Audits had not been routinely carried out.
There were tailored activities to suit everyone’s ability such as seated sports which we observed... animal service that comes in... church service was held monthly... people were in the garden room playing bowling.

The provider was in breach of legal regulation to consent and a further breach of governance... Audits had not been routinely carried out in line with the services policies and procedures.
