No activities coordinator or special programmes, just basic games, crafts and occasional outings so the role is mostly routine personal care.

We saw staff supported people with activities in the home, such as armchair exercises, board games, arts and crafts and trips out to local attractions.

Staff numbers are enough but sometimes feel stretched, and recruitment files miss some required documents.
