Despite documentation showing this had been out of range for several months... the fridge temperature had remained out of range and this had not been identified... some capacity assessments were not in place... an audit had been completed in April 2019 which had identified the same concern. The necessary action had not been taken
Training is standard induction and ongoing with some specialist on request, but nothing about funded qualifications or career development.
