There were insufficient systems in place to ensure safeguarding incidents were reported and investigated. We identified four incidents which should have been reported to the local authority safeguarding team.
Staff we spoke with spoke about how they were like a big family at Treehaven Bungalows, and spoke positively about the people they supported. Staff felt supported in their roles.
