Training covers basics like induction, shadowing, Care Certificate and supervisions, but no specialist courses or funded qualifications for career growth.

Staff had access to the induction, training and support they needed for their roles. New staff had an induction which included shadowing and completing all elements of mandatory training. Staff were expected to complete relevant qualifications, including the Care Certificate.
