Working at The Bungalow

Staff had a good understanding of systems in place to manage medicines, safeguarding matters and behaviours that are challenging to others. Medicines were safely and securely stored.

There were sufficient staff available to ensure people's wellbeing, safety and security were protected. We looked at the staff duty rotas... which confirmed staffing levels were flexible to meet the individual needs.

Staff received specialist training from healthcare professionals to enable them to provide support where necessary to specific people with complex health needs. There was a training plan in place.
