No permanent manager in place during the inspection due to recent resignation, so leadership feels unsettled.

Shortly before our inspection the registered manager resigned, however a new manager had already been identified.

Staffing is adequate but nothing special, no details on retention or avoiding agency workers.

There were enough staff available to support people safely and consistently.

Infection control had slips like staff not wearing face masks properly at first.

Staff were not wearing face masks when we arrived at the service. In discussion with the provider and staff they thought the use of face masks were no longer required.
