No permanent manager in place, and three managers have come and gone in the last three years.

At the time of the inspection no registered manager was working at the home... Over the previous three years the provider has had three different registered managers at the home.

Medication errors mean people not always getting their meds as prescribed, like wrong doses and stock not matching records.

One person was prescribed two tablets once a day. The records showed staff had at times only administered one tablet. The balance of medicines remaining in stock did not always reconcile with the records held.

Reliance on agency nurses despite enough staff on shifts, following concerns about staffing.
