The service was in breach of legal regulation in relation to people’s safe care and treatment, particularly in relation to fire safety. Fire safety risks in the home placed people at risk of harm.
Staff told us there had been recent improvements in terms of management and culture and they spoke positively about current practices in the home. Staff felt supported.
