Staff training has gaps and is not always up to date for everyone.

Staff had not always received the training required. The provider had identified this as an area for improvement and had an action plan in place to address.

Only basic activities like games and occasional outings, no full programme or coordinator to vary the work.

Agency staff were currently being used within the service. Most staff spoken with felt staffing levels had improved, and the use of agency staff had reduced.
