The provider had a proactive and positive culture of safety... Accidents and incidents were recorded, monitored and action taken to mitigate risks to people.

People, relatives and staff told us enough staff were deployed to meet people's needs. A staff member said, 'There are enough staff.'

Staff were trained to effectively carry out their roles, this included training related to positive behaviour support, autism and communication. Staff had regular supervisions and were encouraged to develop professionally.

Staff felt supported in their roles, they told us the management team were approachable and provided them with regular supervisions. People, relatives and staff told us the service was well led.

People attended a range of community activities, including sports activities, holidays, day trips, visits to a social club, football, bowling, horse riding and cinema.
