Working at Sunnydale

Managers at the home and the provider had overview of accidents and incidents to ensure appropriate actions have been taken.

Staff told us they felt listened to by managers. They attended regular meetings where they had opportunities to give their ideas.

Since our previous inspection, the service no longer relied on agency staff and were now fully staffed.

One staff member told us the managers were 'hands on' and worked alongside staff.
