Only standard training and induction with supervisions not up to date for all staff.

We noted that documented supervisions had not been regular for all staff since the last inspection. The registered manager confirmed this and advised that there was a plan in place to address the gaps in supervisions with some staff.

Medication processes have minor gaps like missing temperature checks and opening dates on liquids.

We identified some gaps in temperature checks for medicines... We also found two liquid medicines which were found to be opened but no date of opening was recorded.

Staffing is adequate but sometimes feels stretched on busy days like Sundays.

A relative told us, 'Sometimes when you phone, they seem a bit stretched especially on a Sunday. But when I visited there were people around, I think there are enough staff.'
