The manager undertook monthly analysis of accidents and incidents... introduced processes to identify, record and share lessons learned... example, when a person was identified as having recurring falls... strategies shared... to prevent this happening again.
Staff told us they felt supported and valued by the management team which supported a positive culture to continually improve. Regular meetings took place with people and staff.
There were sufficient staff on duty to keep people safe... Comments included, "Yes there is enough staff on shift. We don't feel rushed and can spend time with people"
