Staff were very committed to the care they provided. Staff we spoke with were happy working at Stretton Hall and on board with making improvements to the care provided.

Staff aren't always in the right places around the home, so mealtimes get hectic and people get distressed waiting for help.
We found at times areas of the home did not have enough staff deployed... we observed one person banging their cup on the table whilst waiting for their meal, they then became more distressed.
Medication handling has serious problems like expired medicines not thrown away and fridge temperatures too high sometimes.
