Since the last inspection the provider had increased staffing levels at the home. This helped to ease the pressure on the care staff. There were enough safely recruited staff to meet people's needs.

People and staff felt positive about the registered manager and the management of the home. One person told us, 'She is really approachable'. One staff member told us, 'She is good manager and very supportive. We have a close team'.
