We were assured that the provider was preventing visitors from catching and spreading infections, meeting shielding and social distancing rules, admitting people safely, using PPE effectively and safely, accessing testing, promoting safety through layout and hygiene, managing infection outbreaks effectively, and infection policy up to date.
