Medicines were managed safely. Significant improvements in all aspects of medicines handling had been made... Risks to people were appropriately assessed and managed... A robust system of recording, reporting and investigating safeguarding concerns was now in place.
Staff told us they were happier in their roles and felt well supported. One member of staff said, 'I feel well supported [the manager] is lovely. They have been really supportive and their door is always open'.
