The provider had systems to learn when things went wrong. Learning was shared... Medicines were managed in a safe way. There were systems designed to safeguard people from abuse. Risks to people's safety and wellbeing had been assessed and planned for.

Staff told us they felt well supported. They said the management team cared about their wellbeing... Staff told us they understood and were happy to work towards the values... 'The managers and staff team are very supportive, Communication is very good, People are happy to come to work'.

People told us there were enough staff to meet their needs and keep them safe. We saw there were enough staff on duty and people received care when needed. The systems for selecting and recruiting staff were robust.

Staff received a range of suitable training and support to help make sure they knew how to meet people's needs. Staff told us they had undertaken training around safeguarding, safe moving and handling, infection prevention and control.

Staff felt supported by the management team. They told us the managers were open and approachable. The registered manager was supported by a senior leadership team. They were proactive in identifying problems and improving these.
