Staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities... Risks to people had been assessed... robust systems in place to ensure that medicines were securely stored... although some areas of medicine management required more robust systems.
Staff told us they felt supported in their role and enjoyed working in the service. One staff member said, 'I really like working here, it's got a real family feel.'
Staffing levels were based on the needs of the people living at the service and there were enough staff to safely meet people's needs.
