The job involves mostly routine care with basic outings and self-care tasks like laundry and cleaning rooms, no creative programmes or coordinator to make it more varied.

We do lots of activities. We have our self-care day when we clean our room and do laundry and go out. We have planned days out.

Staffing is adequate but bank staff cover occasional sickness, so you might not always work with the same familiar team.
