Staff numbers are enough but nothing special, no details on team stability or agency use.

People told us there were enough staff to support them at the service. We found there were suitable numbers of staff available to provide assistance to people when they needed it.

Only standard training and supervision, no funded qualifications or career development.

Care staff received training relevant to their role on a regular basis, which included, safeguarding, medicines, diabetes, mental capacity... Records confirmed care staff received regular supervision where they discussed progress of their work and they had an annual appraisal.

Basic activities like cookery groups and music make the role routine, no coordinator or specialist programmes.

People were supported to attend activities of interest to them such as in house cookery groups. People confirmed the service helped them find local community and cultural groups... I get to choose music.
