Unexplained bruises... no records of investigations, safeguarding referrals... repositioned... longer than they should... medicines room to be unlocked... time sensitive medicines, were not always given at the same time... multiple breaches of Regulation 12.
Staff were positive about the service they provided, the management team and liked working there... Staff said they felt supported... I am able to speak freely and given the opportunity to share my views.
There were enough staff to meet people’s needs... Most staff said there were enough... However... a person appointed to carry out maintenance... only received a DBS when we had followed this up... 1 of the 3 recruitment records reviewed had employment gaps not explored.

The activity organiser told us people had opportunities to get out and about and there were visiting entertainers. They said there were events planned based on seasons or important dates... fireworks and sherry evening... Remembrance Day parade.
