Not enough staff on some shifts, especially evenings and nights, so care feels rushed and people wait too long.

Risk assessments within people’s care plans did not always provide sufficient or accurate information... high risk of choking, but yet were considered to be safe to drink in bed.

Management oversight misses problems like poor risk plans and cleaning issues, so improvements are slow.

Governance and auditing systems were not sufficiently robust to identify issues found at this inspection or to drive improvements.
