People lived safely at the service, supported by a staffing team that were fully trained and who had been safely recruited... Staff knew the correct steps to take to minimise risk and to report any safeguarding issues... Medicines were stored and administered safely.
All staff we spoke with told us of a supportive management team that provided them with the support and training they needed... Comments from staff included, “I feel supported,” “Can take time off when needed and I can speak with them anytime.”
There were enough trained staff available during the day shifts to support people safely... Relatives expressed no concerns about staffing numbers... One told us, “Staff are knowledgeable and well trained. There seem to be enough of them.”
