Staff had received safeguarding training... Staff had received training in infection prevention and control... Staff told us they had received medicines training and their competency to safely administer medicines was regularly re-assessed.

No activities coordinator or specialist programmes, so the role is mostly routine personal care with basic games, gardening and occasional singer visits.

We saw people participating in a range of activities such as gardening, having their hair done, enjoying a game of cards together and a singer who visited in the afternoon.
