Just basic activities like arts, crafts, exercises and entertainers with no coordinator, so the role is mostly routine personal care.

There was a range of activities including organised exercises, visiting entertainers and arts and crafts. Some people told us they would like more activities to be on offer.

Staff numbers are adequate to cover needs but nothing special with no details on stable team or low agency use.

Staffing levels were sufficient to meet the needs of people using the service. Rotas confirmed staffing levels were consistently satisfactory.

Only standard induction, mandatory training refreshers and appraisals with no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

There was a thorough, six week induction... regular on-going training. Core subjects, such as manual handling and safeguarding, were refreshed on an annual basis... Staff appraisals were undertaken on a three monthly basis.
