People were supported by a consistent staff team. Staffing levels were determined by the needs of the people who used the service. A relative told us, “We know the regular staff.”

Staff completed safeguarding training. Staff had completed medication training and received regular observations of practise to ensure they remained at the appropriate standard.

Staff told us they felt well supported by the registered manager. A staff member told us, “I've recently spoken to my manager about my wellbeing, and I do feel supported. My rota gives me a great work / home life balance.”

People took part in a range of activities to support their emotional, physical and social needs. People were supported to pursue their interests and develop life skills. A person proudly told us about their new volunteering role.
