Medicines were not always kept secure, like trolley left unlocked and some meds left out where anyone could get them.

We found that the medication trolley was not locked and left unattended. In the clinic room we saw medicines were left on the side and not locked away securely.

Staffing levels are okay but sometimes residents have to wait for baths or help because not enough staff around.

one person said, "If I want to have a bath, this is not always possible as there are not enough staff." A relative stated, "Sometimes there are no staff in the communal areas."

Only standard training, and some staff struggle with online training since the new owner took over.

a couple of staff told us that since the new provider had taken over, they were completing majority of the training online which they found challenging.
