Accidents and incidents involving people who use the service were analysed by the management team to stop things from happening again.
Staff told us they felt well-supported, valued and described their work at Shaw Red Hill Care Centre with enthusiasm. One staff member told us, "I love this job, and I love these people like they were my family."
