Systems in place helped safeguard people from the risk of abuse. Staff managed people's medicines safely.

All staff told us they were happy working at the home and did not have any concerns about the home or want to raise any issues confidentially.

There were enough staff on duty to meet people's assessed needs. The staffing rota corresponded with the names and numbers of staff on duty.

Staff followed an induction programme, and training was on-going throughout employment. Per 2020 comprehensive inspection: Staff had regular supervisions.

Staff told us the management team were approachable and supportive. One staff member said, 'Managers have helped to accommodate my requests and are very approachable.'
