The service was managed in a way that protected people from abuse. Staff demonstrated clear understanding of safeguarding... People were supported to take positive risks to aid their independence.

Staff were well trained, skilled and motivated... Staff had received training tailored to people's individual care needs. The registered manager was proactive in arranging bespoke training.

The leadership of the home was exceptional. They led by example and were passionately committed... [Registered Manager] operates an open-door policy. It's a family environment.

The service sought to offer people new experiences, through a wide range of individual activities... yoga sessions, wheelchair football club, Boccia, voice activated devices with positive impact on well-being.
