Safe medication processes were not in place with regards to the management of some aspects of people's medicines. There was also no evidence that any checks on people's medication were undertaken.
Team meetings took place and staff felt involved in the provision of care people received. Staff felt well supported.
We observed and relatives told us there were sufficient numbers of staff on duty to meet people's needs.
