The service had enough staff, including for one-to-one support for people to take part in activities according to their wishes and preferences. Staff told us there were enough staff to meet people’s needs.

No activities coordinator or special programmes, so the role is basic outings like shopping trips, cooking, and house meetings.

People helped to plan the menu for the coming month. Staff would then plan shopping trips with people to purchase food items. There are weekly house meetings, meals for the week are chosen and activities are discussed. People help to prepare meals with the staff.
