Staffing levels meet basic needs but there's no word on staff staying long-term or using few agency workers.

There were enough staff to safely support people and staff were recruited safely.

Training covers the basics like induction for new starters but lacks specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Per 2020 comprehensive inspection: New employees completed an induction. The Care Certificate training was used for staff who were new to care.

Some medication records have gaps, like missing details on tube feeds or when creams get applied.

Some medicine records were not accurate or fully completed, such as records for people's thickened fluids, recording flushes for 1 person's PEG... Records did not always assure us creams and lotions were applied as prescribed.
