Safety risks from poor medication records like no guidance on hidden meds and unlocked cleaning products or bins are not sorted out properly.

Medicines records did not always support the safe administration of medication. For example, there was no guidance for staff administering medication covertly... Bins which should be locked to protect people against potentially infected waste were unlocked.

Training has gaps, like not all staff finished mandatory courses for autism and learning disabilities.

Not all staff had completed the mandatory training for supporting autistic people or people with a learning disability.

No proper activities programme or coordinator, just basic outings like shopping and bowling.

Staff supported people to engage in a variety of activities tailored to their interests. This included going shopping, out for a hot chocolate or bowling.
