People were safeguarded from the risk of abuse and felt safe living at the service. Where incidents occurred, these were reviewed, and learning applied to prevent reoccurrence.
People relatives and staff all spoke positively about the service and the management team. One staff member told us, 'The atmosphere has really got better since the registered manager came into post. It is just a really nice place to work.'
