Staff told us that they were a good team... Staff described how they were encouraged to make suggestions and put forward ideas. We have regular staff meetings.

There were enough staff available to ensure people's care and support needs were met. Staff told us that they were a good team and they haven't experienced staffing shortages.

Training records confirmed that the training uptake was high and training ranged from safeguarding, mental capacity act to manage behaviours that challenge the service, and autism, including the care certificate as part of their induction.

There were regular planned group activities throughout the week... People had access to the sensory room and we observed staff offering activities to people.
