Storage of medicines was not always safe... temperature of the cabinet had gone over the safe storage temperature of 25 degrees, rising as high as 28 degrees on 1 occasion.
Staff fed back that they felt happier working at the service. They told us there were enough of them to provide care for people and that they felt management supported and listened to them.
