Medicines were stored securely but the temperature at which medicines were kept was not monitored properly. We fed this back to the provider who gave assurances this would be addressed.
Staff we spoke with said they felt valued and their opinions were sought regularly. Staff were asked to complete 'evaluation forms' to develop the service monthly.
