Staff engaged well with the manager and found them approachable. People, staff and relatives felt listened to and told us they would be confident raising a concern if necessary.
People were supported by sufficient numbers of staff... One staff member told us, 'We usually have enough staff. There were times when we had to work slightly short, but things are much better.'
Staff received training relevant to their role... We reviewed the training records and were reassured to see staff were up to date on their on line training... 'The training is good, and we get enough of it.'
