Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: Staff told us they received enough training to provide people with the care and support they needed. The provider monitored staff training and reminders were sent to staff when their yearly refresher training was due. Staff felt they were supported by their managers and regular supervision, team meetings and yearly appraisals.

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: Each person had their own personalised activity planner, this covered activities in the community and in the service. These included going to the gym, the shops, pottery classes and supporting people to visit their local religious services. In house activities included cleaning, laundry and cooking.
