People were protected from the risk of harm of abuse because staff knew what actions to take... Risks to people were safely managed... People received their medicines safely... Accidents and incidents were documented and responded to.
There was a positive culture at Rosebery House. Staff told us they felt supported by the registered manager... Staff also told us the staff team worked well together. One staff member said, 'It's all like family.'
