Few activities like singing and chatting, so the role is mostly routine personal care with little variety.

We received several comments from people and relatives there were not a lot of opportunities to take part in meaningful activities in and outside of the home

Some risk assessments out of date and not all accidents reviewed properly, so safety processes are not fully reliable yet.

Improvements were required to ensure risks to people's health, safety and welfare were consistently updated... not all accidents had been reviewed promptly

New manager not yet registered and oversight systems still bedding in, so leadership feels unsettled.

The manager was not registered with the Commission but they had commenced this process... governance processes had been recently introduced and required embedding
