Staff told us they were well supported by the management team. One staff member said, 'Yes, management team is extremely supportive.'
We observed there were enough staff to keep people safe and meet their needs. People, relatives and staff confirmed this.
However, we found not all staff had completed an induction and mandatory training in topics such as safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and infection control.
The service had systems in place to monitor the quality and safety of the service, however they did not identify the issues we found during the inspection.
