The provider did not always make sure that medicines and treatments were safe... Some documentation around PRN medications was insufficiently completed and in 2 cases a certain medicine was not available... We found 1 condition relating to 1 authorised DoLS was not being fully met.

Relatives told us there is a wide and varied range of activities available to their loved ones. This included in house activities, activities to meet people’s sensory needs, and also bespoke activities specific for the individual within the community. A person organised a festival every year.
